Kforce has a client seeking an Administrative Assistant/Vault Clerk in Jacksonville, Florida (FL).Duties Include:

  • Performs routine and/or repetitive clerical functions according to standard procedures or instructions

  • Job requires candidate to be on their feet for 80% of the day and climb 10ft high stair type ladders

  • Position is working in a vault filing documents, pulling files, making copies, completing inventories and shifting files

  • Basic knowledge of general office procedures, strong attention to details, computers and other office equipment

  • Ability to collect and organize information

  • Excel

  • Filing

  • Read numbers

  • Experience in a Warehouse environment
