Hyatt Pastry Cook in JACKSONVILLE, Florida

Preparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to Pastry shop standards; assists higher level bakers; other duties as assigned by Chef.

/This position is eligible for $250 signing bonus. $125 paid upon hire, $125 paid after 6 months of employment./ / /

* Requires good communication skills. * 3 years of previous culinary experience preferred. * Previous pastry experience preferred. * Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred. * Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills. * Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen. * Requires moderate supervision and training. * Candidate must have open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. * Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift, push, and carry moderate amounts of weight on a consistent basis.
