Ability to review customer service tickets / reporting and identify:

• Training requirements,

• Processing Improvement opportunities,

Core schedule – 7:30AM to 4:00 PM, or 3:30PM to Midnight. Must be open to schedule changes as required to allow for service desk coverage. On call weekend and holiday rotation coverage.

Service Desk Team Lead duties:

• Service Desk functions, include but not limited to:

o Customer Application Support

o Password Resets

o System access / Network connectivity

o Hardware support

o Microsoft Office

o End to end incident / request resolution

o Mobile device support / management

o AD Maintenance

o Exchange Maintenance

• Team Management

• Quality Assurance

• Service Level Agreement compliance

• Client relationships

• Client Reporting

• Delivery Center Process Improvement

• Team Building
